Trickle Up provides technical assistance and advises organizations and agencies to better advocate for and implement the Graduation Approach for refugee populations. Together with donors, strategic partners and implementing partners, the Graduation & Refugees Initiative continues to expand its impact on the lives of refugees around the world. Trickle Up has been providing technical assistance to UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, since 2013 to facilitate the integration of Graduation into its livelihoods programming. With support from the US State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration and implementing partners, the Initiative will scale to 22 countries in the next three years.
